You appear capable, composed, and driven. Inside, you're running on empty — disconnected from yourself, caught between ambition and collapse, wondering when you get to stop surviving and start actually living.
I work with thoughtful, high-achieving individuals navigating burnout, identity transitions, relationship wounds, and nervous-system exhaustion. Not to fix you — but to help you return to yourself.
Burnout · Anxiety · Identity transitions · Expat adjustment · Emotional regulation · Relationship & attachment dynamics · Performance-based self-worth · Nervous system recovery · Somatic healing
I bring both academic grounding and lived understanding to this work. The combination is not accidental — it is precisely why my clients feel genuinely seen.
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Business Psychology & Management, and I am a Certified Psychologist. Before founding Einkehr Psychotherapy, I spent years working across mentoring, leadership development, organisational behaviour, and people strategy — internationally across Kenya, Africa and Europe.
That lived understanding is not background noise. It is the foundation of the most honest and attuned part of my therapeutic work.
Therapy should feel like a grounded exhale. A place where you can stop performing strength long enough to be honest about how overwhelmed you actually are.
Healing does not happen through pressure or constant self-optimisation. It happens through safety, spaciousness, honesty, and genuine attunement. Einkehr Psychotherapy is designed to embody exactly that — from the first email you send, to the way each session is paced.
My clients are not broken. They are capable, emotionally intelligent people who have been carrying too much for too long — and are finally ready for something different.
High-achievers whose productivity has become their primary way of managing emotion — exhausted by their own ambition, struggling to rest without guilt.
Founders navigating the psychological weight of building — identity tied to a company, the loneliness of leadership, pressure, uncertainty, and the cost of always being the one who holds it together.
Internationally mobile individuals navigating cultural dislocation, identity confusion, visa uncertainty, and the emotional weight of starting over in a new country.
People exploring relationship patterns, attachment styles, and the emotional dynamics that shape how they love and connect — including those healing after heartbreak or relational wounds.
Individuals who intellectually understand themselves but cannot yet emotionally regulate — overthinking as a survival strategy, insight without embodiment.
People in the disorienting middle of a "who am I now?" period — after a career pivot, relocation, relationship shift, or the quiet unravelling of a former self.
Individuals with complex trauma including family dynamics, using tools such as ACEs test and more to explore early experiences, attachment wounds, and intergenerational patterns that shape current wellbeing.
You might be here because you've said…
I know what I should do, but I can't seem to do it.
I'm exhausted all the time — and I don't know why.
I tie my worth entirely to my achievements.
I feel like I'm always waiting for my life to begin.
I don't know how to rest without feeling guilty.
I'm tired of surviving. I want to actually feel safe.
My work is integrative — drawing from multiple evidence-informed frameworks and adapting to what your nervous system and emotional landscape actually need.
Helping you move from chronic activation — the constant hum of urgency, anxiety, and vigilance — into sustainable, embodied calm.
Exploring how early experiences shape your current relationships, emotional responses, and the ways you seek or avoid closeness.
Supporting the "who am I now?" process — rebuilding a relationship with yourself that isn't dependent on performance or outcome.
Drawing on somatic practices to bring the body back into the healing process — because lasting change is stored and released through the body, not only the mind.
Grounding practices, reflective frameworks, journaling prompts, and structured self-inquiry — tools you can live in, not just think about.
Work that moves at the pace of your nervous system — not pushing for breakthroughs, but building the safety from which they naturally emerge.
"My greatest therapeutic strength is not having all the answers. It is deeply understanding what it feels like to lose yourself — and what it takes to slowly come back."
Investing in your psychological wellbeing is one of the most meaningful decisions you can make. The fees below reflect the depth, preparation, and professional care that goes into every session.
These are reflections from people who have worked with me — shared with their permission.
The knowledge that I acquired enabled me to receive necessary feedback that would allow me to listen more to my team members, analyse liabilities in the work culture, and focus on optimising existing team strengths.
